Question 1

What types of events do you photograph?

Accepted Answer

My event coverage includes everything from brand and corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and company retreats to award ceremonies and company celebrations. Whether your event is large or small, I focus on capturing key moments and brand-driven visuals that support your marketing and communication goals.

Question 2

Can you scale coverage for large events?

Accepted Answer

If your event requires simultaneous coverage, I can bring in another photographer at your request to capture every moment. I can scale coverage to match the size and complexity of your event, including multiple rooms or stages, ensuring nothing is missed and your marketing team receives a complete set of images.

Question 3

Can you photograph attendee headshots at our event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I can set up a professional headshot station during your event, so attendees can update their LinkedIn profiles or company directories with fresh, polished portraits, while adding value to your event experience. With consistent lighting, a clean background, and an efficient setup, participants can step in, get their photo taken quickly, and return to the event without disruption.

Question 4

Do you travel for events?

Accepted Answer

While I’m based in San Diego, I’m also available for events in Orange County and Los Angeles. I’m happy to travel as needed for events outside these areas, and can provide simple travel arrangements to make the process seamless.

Question 5

Can you work with our event planner or other vendors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I'm happy to coordinate with your event planner and any other vendors involved in your event. I follow schedules, brand guidelines, and communication needs to ensure my photography integrates seamlessly with the rest of your event operations.

Question 6

Do you bring backup equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I always bring backup equipment to ensure your event is covered without interruption. If anything unexpected happens, I have everything needed on hand to continue capturing your event smoothly.

Question 7

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I carry full liability insurance, which many venues require. If your venue needs documentation, I can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

Question 8

How do we book you for our event?

Accepted Answer

Booking is simple. Just get in touch with your event details including date, location, and the type of coverage you need, and I’ll follow up with a customized proposal. Once everything looks good, a signed agreement and retainer secure your date.
